Too complicated for me. Bottom line: sleep is good for you.

How are you both? I’m sorry I have missed seeing you on recent trips. I will be back in Abq in Oct. let’s plan one of our usual dinners.

I have been traveling all over the place all year, even though I broke my hip and had it replaced in December. I recommend French medicine. Excellent place to have it happen. Then to Egypt, Brussels, Paris, Romania, London. I may have forgotten some. For the rest of the year, Portugal, Vietnam, Cambodia and Antarctica. That is not including domestic trips.

What have you been up to?

    Nancy
